NucleoFILL is a preparation for deep renewal and biostimulation of the skin, developed on the basis of natural polynucleotides.
Biostimulation of the skin consists in stimulating its own regenerative capabilities - skin renewal occurs thanks to the occurrence of natural processes. In the case of products that are biostimulants, the effect intensifies over time and the therapy requires a series of treatments.
Polynucleotides are small fragments of DNA and RNA nucleic acids, found in all organisms. They are entirely biocompatabilable with the human body. Polynucleotides have the ability to spatially attach a large number of water molecules, increasing tissue hydration, they also affect the increase in the number and activity of fibroblasts, i.e. the most important cells responsible for the continuous restoration of many skin components. In addition, they also play an important role in combating free radicals and inhibit photoaging, effectively protecting the skin against sun exposure. NucleoFILL is an innovative treatment that, using the beneficial properties of polynucleotides, works on three levels, stimulating the skin to rebuild.

- antioxidant effect and elimination of free radicals that arise as a result of many different factors such as strong, long-term stress, smoking, breathing polluted air, high physical exertion, intense sunbathing, inadequate diet,
- moisturizing - binding water by polynucleotides and ensuring long-term hydration of the matrix extracellular, thanks to which the skin becomes moisturized, firm and elastic.

Free radical scavenger effect
The polymeric macromolecules are able to also play an immediate "scavenger" action against free radicals.
This effect of this polynucleotide gel is possible thanks to the chemical structure capable of blocking free radicals in the nitrogenous ring.
Moreover, the progressive degradation of polynucleotide molecules by enzymes present in the extracellular environment, free metabolites which, in turn, accentuate the protection activity against free radicals.
Biostimulating effect
The bio-stimulating effect is given both by the presence of nucleoside structures capable of activating cell membrane receptors and by metabolites that are produced by the enzymatic attack during the degradation process. A slow and continuous effect.
By promoting the metabolic activity of the fibroblastic cells, polynucleotides collaborate to reintegrate into the dermis various fundamental autologous components (glucoseaminoglycans, proteins, glycoproteins, fibrils, etc.) tending to maintain their physiological functionality.
Indications:
